Joint initiative: Board Grants for non-EEA Students

We handed in a joint initiative proposal with Student Party ECCO: Board Grants for non-EEA Students. We would like to see more equality for Dutch, EEA, and non-EEA students, in their possibility to develop outside of their curriculum. Therefore, we would like to see an implementation of additional board grants or waivers for the ambitious student, who wants to enter into a board year. We hope to lower the threshold for non-EEA students and lessen their financial burdens when applying for a board year. Student Party SAM and Student Party ECCO are open to further collaboration regarding this proposal. We are open to discussing the limitations and restrictions that would be needed to create a financially feasible approach.

You can read the joint initiative proposal here.
